Have I ever made a mistake sending out a customer's order? Yup! Ship happens!
So, what do I do about it? The first thing I do is acknowledge to the customer that I made a mistake. The second thing I do is to fix the customer's order and make sure they are satisfied.
You know, mistakes happen from time to time. Sometimes it's my fault: I get in a hurry filling the order and don't pay the attention that I should to the order and don't put the right size tag or the right size barbs in the order. Sometimes it's the customer's fault: maybe they moved since the last time they ordered and they forgot to update their paypal account with their correct address. Either way, it's not about assigning fault to a mistake- it's about handling a mistake with courtesy and grace.
The best thing to do if you are not satisfied with your order is to speak up and say something about it. That is the only way it can be corrected. I'm all about customer service. I'd love to make sure that you are happy with your order so that you will refer my business to your friends. I want happy, repeat customers.
